First Day of Winterim!

Today we did some interesting experiments. We had some experiments with blood (which were not real), dripping blood from different heights, angles and amounts, which created quite a bit of blood all around the lab. It was interesting how a drop of blood from the same height would look so different shape on different surfaces, especially with plastic and paper. When it was dropped from 15cm it was just a round red dot, and when it was dropped from 1.5m, it was a big dot with spiky rounds and a little splattering from the center. I think that the most interesting mark that I have made whole day was the one where we spilled a whole 2.5ml of blood onto a piece of paper, that reminded me of all the horror movies that I have seen before.
After lunch we also went into a game Sherlock Holmes vs. Jack the Ripper. Some parts of it was a bit confusing but I got through.
